Appeals and Dispute Resolution
Appeals Process
- You have 180 days to appeal moderation decisions
- Submit appeals to hi@cybercute.art
- Include your username and details of the decision
- We aim to respond within 7 business days
Dispute Resolution
You may challenge moderation decisions through out-of-court settlement or competent courts. Each EU Member State will certify settlement bodies for handling eligible disputes. We'll update this section as certified bodies become available.
